I gave him a 10.00 bill and he hands me back $ 7.15!!! He gave me a nickel and a dime, but it threw it into my purse before I caught myself. So I asked him why did you give me a fine instead of a quarter? And he went ahead and gave me the quarter but I couldn't prove the nickle cuz I had a quarter in my change purse. But he knew he ripped me off!! Watch these people,I would go somewhere else. Why give foreigners who rip us off our hard earned money? Thieves!!
